Security Alert for First Newton National Bank Customers
A few First Newton National Bank (FNNB) customers have reported receiving popups when accessing the FNNB website or online banking site. Please note that this is NOT coming from the FNNB website. This is due to malware on the customer's PC. The scam may appear to come from a credit reporting website and may ask for credit card information. The First Newton National Bank website will NEVER ask for credit card information.
Please ensure any computer you use to access your online banking account is free of viruses and malware. This can be accomplished by running a virus/malware scan using an anti-virus utility from a reputable company such as Symantec (Norton), Trend-Micro, McAfee, AVG, Avast, etc.
